komoot womens rally

There are adventures that change you, this was definitely one of them.
During these eight days I better understood the magical side of riding, sharing roads with other women I met just before starting the adventure, discovering new places together, embracing whatever it comes with the best spirit, it was way beyond a bike-packing holiday.

We departed from Ljubljana and arrived to the same city after riding through the south of Slovenia, Croatia, and part of (eat)taly.

The Slovenian roads were awesome, the roads were princess gravel and the people was extremely nice to us, we even ended up making friends with a couple that showed us their horses and let us taste their home-made wine. I think those kind of things are the ones that make every journey unique. The great stuff didn't end there, each day had it singularities.

If you have the chance to do this road with friends, even outside of the event, take it on and make it yours, I'm sure you won't be disappointed, the route was made by a women (Bea), the pictures were taken by Sami, the logistics were done by Maya an Cali, and the support van was ridden by Marta. We were around 40 women I hardly can think about a better way to share and see women power in action.

I've always wanted to put more butts over saddles and inspire people to get outside and explore new places, this adventure showed me that things are possible.

Don't stop. Ride your rhythm.
